Extending Internet Fiber Contract
Dear SFR,
Sorry for writing this email in English.
I am contacting you to get some help to extend my Fiber contract.
My 12-month contract has been expired a couple of months back.
Now I am getting charged a much higher amount than what I used to pay under the contract.
I am happy with the service and see no reason to change the provider.
I would like to commit again for the 12-month contract provided that I get the same price.
I've spoken to agents in the SFR shop and they said I must contact SFR customer line in order to get the same rate.
As my French is not at the level to hold a conversation, I am relying on this forum to get somewhere.
Please let me know how to proceed; you can either contact me by replying to my thread or email me to discuss more precisely the price.

There are no members of customer and technical services here. To negociate the price of your contract, you have to call 1023, as you have been told. I suggest you ask someone who speak french to call on your behalf, with you nearby.
