Hello,

I am english speaking user. On Friday, I have bougt offer from SFR (French phone number and box- TV and internet). I am still waiting for activation. Is it normal to wait so long? In my web page is written that I need to wait 2-4 weeks!!! Is that true? Internet at home is for me very important.

Could somebody help me in english?

Did you take the offer to replace an other box or you dd not have internet at home previously?
