Not able to recharge my simcard

When I try to recharge my simcard I get this error message:

If I try via App, the same...

Even via recharge.com doesn't work.

You should try by sending the 10-digit Recharge Number to 952 - SMS. If it doesn't solve the problem, please send a private message to an SFR assistant on Twitter or Facebook .
