Anyone advise how i verify telephone line

I have had landline since Feb and cant get this thing connected

Hello,

Be aware that via the SFR&Moi application, you have the possibility to make a self-diagnosis on your line. To get the app downloaded, go to Assistance (Support) then État de la ligne (Line Status) and finally Lancer un diagnostic (Run a Diagnostic).
