No Mobile Network

Hello guys,

I am new in France and got the SFR la carte sim card. After a couple of days, I am unable to make or receive calls, sms and use the internet. Please help a friend.

Hello,

Unless I'm mistaken, SFR La Carte is a prepaid SIM card. This means that you need to top up your credit to make calls, send SMS and use the Internet. If you're having problems with your SIM card, it would be a good idea to check that your credit hasn't run out.

Thanks for the response. I still have sufficient data in there when i checked. Unfortunatley, I cant reach out to the advisors for more feedback.
