Unstable Internet Connection (fiber)

Bonjour,

Ma connexion fibre Internet récemment installée est plutôt instable. 2-4 fois pr. jour, il tombe (lien WAN vers le bas) pendant 5 à 10 minutes.
Quelqu'un sait où je peux déposer un ticket problème chez SFR en anglais ? Soit par mail, soit par téléphone.

No, unfortunately, there is no customer support in English in this French company.

You can try to speak English with the regular customer clients... But since they are abroad, you can be lucky and get a person speaking English, or unlucky and get a person hired only with French speaking skills.
