No internet/ Cannot contact Customer Srvices

Dear All

We have had no internet since 2019. We live in UK and have guests at our house. We have tried numerous times to contact customer services via Phone or Email. The customer service is appalling, and as such we wish to cancel our contract. How do we do this via email or phone?

In order to find a solution, i suggest yout to contact Customer Service by social network (Facebook or Twitter). You will know more about the termination of your contract on this page : CLIENT SFR, VOUS SOUHAITEZ NOUS QUITTER ?
