Loss TV and Internet connection, stuck step 1/4

loss TV and Internet connection this morning. I did try to reset, disconnect power ON/OFF, but without success. The box is showing step 1/4 and TV screen show loss local connection. Please advise how can I fix this problem.

First I recommand you to go on this page and to check if there any network issue declared, it can explain the current situation. 

Secondly be aware that via the SFR&Moi application, you have the possibility to make a self-diagnosis on your line. To get the app downloaded, go to Support then Line Status and finally Run a Diagnostic.
