Internet se déconnecte. Le routeur redémarre pendant la nuit. C'est toujours éteint.
No Internet since yesterday. SFR will not help as they want me to watch the box, but it’s a second home. What now?

You can check if there is a global Internet breakdown where you live on this website. If you see nothing, contact a customer service advisor to see what's going on and find a solution. I strongly suggest you write in french, or to have someone to do it on your behalf.

Thanks for your help. Already contacted them (in French) and they won’t do anything at all until I can see the router. They tell me that there is nothing wrong at their end, but their service is always perfect of course. Not sure what next, fingers crossed it is their problem and they fix it soonest.

A neighbour told me they they taken the pole down to renew on Thursday. The Marie says there will be no Internet. SFR know nothing about it.
