How to get the label for Box Return after termination

Please guide me that How to receive the Label to return the SFR Wifi Box? I am unable to find this option in SFR identifier website.

If you have already made your return request but can't find the return label, contact a customer service reprensentative on Facebook or Twitter to ask for it. I strongly advise you to write in French or to have someone to write for you.
