I would like to mention that even we received the letter from your customer service office still charges it so far 437 euros.

Hello Mrs. xxxxxxxxxx, By mail of 27/04/2021, you tell us your request regarding the billing of the commitment fee. We understand the inconvenience caused by this situation.
 
We would like to inform you that these fees are in accordance with the provisions of the General Terms of Subscription applicable to your contract.
 
All information relating to the termination of a contract is present. The termination of your contract before its expiry, the remaining months due have therefore been applied. The end date of commitment is mentioned on each of the invoices published in the left block mentioning, among other things, your customer references. Indeed, since 20/02/2021 you have benefited from the PLUS Sport at only 19 euros.
 
This was subject to an extension of your 12-month contract as specified to you during this exchange. In addition, a confirmation was felt to you the same day. However, on an exceptional basis and in view of your particular situation, we regularise the costs related to the contractual commitment, amounting to 400.71 euros.
 
we have to resolve this point to pay the last bill.
