I have just received my new internet box but where to I find the network security key number

Here is where you should be able to find all your Internet/ WIFI logs :

It's a tag on your internet box where you should find the name of your WIFI network (SSID) and the default password.

If you ever need to speak with someone from the customer service, use Facebook or Twitter and a translator like Google or Reverso to translate all your message in french.
