SFR WHY YOU CHANGE MY CONTRACT and OPTIONS
Hello SFR,
I have a contract, it´s not even ended. SFR Change my contract. All my options like i had before are gone.
all this options are gone in my client offres options: Les Extras, SFR PRESSE, Katrina Carré, SFR News, BeIN Sports, RMC Sport Access
I had 2 simcard multi surf, it´s not standing my offre anymore...
And my offre in contract: Premium Internet Illimité
Appels/SMS/MMS/Internet mobile illimités en France métropolitaine
Appels/SMS/MMS illimités + 100Go/mois depuis l’Union Européenne/DOM, Suisse/Andorre,
USA, Canada
My offre now in my client panel:
Depuis l'Union Européenne et les DOM : Appels, SMS et MMS illimités + 40Mo/mois supplémentaires
I want to know why SFR can change my offre without inform me.
PLUS SFR I WANT MY OLD CONTRACT BACK INCLUDED MY OPTIONS.
THE CONTRACT IS NOT EVEN FINISHED

I’ve noticed the same changes as you do thru my own invoices and Espace Client.
The amount does not change, but the bill wordings and option labels are different.
It’s very disturbing and SFR give no information. Maybe it’s to align bills and old contracts with SFR new offers.
What I can use remain unchanged.
I keep track of all the documents from SFR but I’m not satisfied with this way of doing.
