I set up my account Feb 2020. Arrived in France March, looking forward to phone connection and Internet. Alas no telephone connection. Sent an email to the top man and still no Joy.
Appreciate im now home in Scotland and Covid-19 dosent help.
Cant wait till Feb 2021 so that i can ditch this account.
Would not use Selectra again as also problems from the start.
I'm sorry to hear you have encountered such issues. SFR customer service is reachable on social media (Facebook or Twitter), by phone (1023) or on the Chat Technique. As there is no direct mail address, I don't know to whom you sent one, but that may explain why you didn't receive an answer.
