Wanted - An English speaking contact at SFR
Hello, We are suffering huge problems with our three SFR mobile lines and cannot speak to an English speaking operator, despite being given many useless numbers and speaking to many useless operators. Can anyone help to end our three months of misery and frustration ? Many thanks in anticipation, David

Have you been given the number of the "SFR International Customer Service" (1026 for English/Arabic, in replacement of 1023 for French)?
This number is dedicated to this purpose, as still mentioned in this document entitled "Fiche d'information standardisée SFR La Carte" (HERE) available from this page : https://www.sfr.fr/offre-mobile/tarifs-conditions

Yes, tried quite a few given numbers ... they just send you around and around and around in circles.
I'm in Italy at the moment so cannot go into a city centre shop and biff someone !

You did not answer my question: have you already been given the number 1026?
=> in other words, was this dedicated number among the "many useless numbers" you mentioned?
=> is it the agents of this service (1026) who did not really help you?
If the customer agents dedicated to answering the 1026 number in English do not help you, there's unfortunately no other way: it's the customer service, there is no other customer service.
