Terminate contract

Hello, how are you? I need help terminating a contract. I have recently left France, I had a fixed + mobile contract which the land lord told me they would change to their name, but that did not happen and I am still paying for it. I asked the SFR guys online (on facebook) and they told me to call 1023, but I guess from outside France is not possible to call it. Also I do not speak French, I explained that to them but they did not really help. Could you please help me sort this out?

You can contact them on this number 00 33 6 1000 1023. Call this number it's the only way to get the resiliation adresse.

I would advise you to be helped by a french speaker because we do not have a customer service in english at SFR (or to have someone who can do it for you).
