Cancellation of subscription

Hello,

I missed to cancel my contract after completion of one year & now I have been paying 34euro per month for only internet at home,which I don't want to. So I am willing to cancel my subscription & to go with some other subscriber (as SFR is not providing me any better offer). Can you please suggest the needful ? Thanking you in advance.
