ADSL.now too expensive.how can I change to a Red Box
SFR make it too complicated to change.. How do I do it..?.. Please advise before I go 'Orange' & tell my 48.000 twitter followers just how awful and difficult & unhelpful SFR are!

I invite you to cancel your current contract with SFR, you will find all the needed answers regarding cancelation on this website.
Then you should start a new contract with RED by SFR on internet.
