As much as I love France one has to realise it is a “closed system”. Moving to another 'fournisseur' is an ineffectual move if you are doing this as a 'protest'. Nobody cares... French systems are difficult to negotiate because virtually everybody below the 'top management' is just a cog in the wheel.... no power to make a decision, no desire for the responsibility making that decision implies.
There are only a limited number of 'fournisseurs' in France what do they care if you change? It's like a convict changing his cell, it makes little difference as he is still in the same prison!
“Liberty Equality Fraternity” are just advertising slogans.
