Partout does not work anymore

I purchased the SFR partout for my holidays. It worked fine on the first day, but it doesn't connect anymore to internet.

 

I put my password and my pin in the system, but it tries to connect and is never able to do it.

 

Is it possible my line was cancelled for some reasons?
