RDV installation sans French number
Hello,
I ordered an installation of an internet box, with the rendez-vous this morning between 8 and 12.
Because the installers never showed up, and I never received and email or notice of a cancellation, I went into my account on RED and saw a message that said "Un nouveau rendez-vous est à planifier". I tried contacting you through "Contacter votre Service Client", but because of the fact that I do not have a French number I could not be contacted through the service.
I would like to ask 1. How to get a new installation time
2. Why wasn't I given a notice about the cancellation of the rendez-vous
3. Do I have to have a French number to install a wifi?

As far as I know, a french phone number is mandatory.
