I am buying a property on 15th July and took out a contract with SFR through SELECTRA and asked for the line to switch on or as soon after that date as possible. SFR have emailed to say the line will switch to them in 7 - 14 days which would be too soon. The current owners may not be pleased if they get cut off before they leave. I have tried phoning the English speaking helpline which just cuts off and SELECTRA are not returning calls and I have been queueing for ages with no response. As I don’t own the property can SFR do the switch (present owners are with Orange) or will it not happen until I plug the new box in when I get there?

Hi @brucene01 

To see if it is possible to shift the date of commissioning of your line, I advise you to contact SFR Customer Service. To avoid the telephone wait for 1023, use social networks (Facebook or Twitter).
