Change from Fibre to ADSL
Bonjour,
Earlier today, I had a technician come to my apartment to try and install internet with a fibre connection. Unfortunately, he said that he would need to install more wiring in the building but the syndicat of the building will not allow this. Therefore, I would like to change my contract so that I can get an ADSL connection instead.
I have spent several hours today trying to get in contact with someone on the phone to try and arrange this, but I cannot seem to find anyone who speaks English. Can you tell me what my next steps should be?

When calling 1023, I strongly suggest you speak french, or have someone to do it for you. You can also change your offer directly by connecting to your Espace Client > Offre > Changer d'offre.
