Terminate SIM card contract
Hello,
I signed 1 year contract with SFR for the SIM card. The contract will expire this month. Which process/procedure do I have to follow to make it happen?

If you want to terminate your contract, you have to contact the customer service (1023 from France), as wtitten here.
Be sure to speak french or to have someone that can do it for you.

Hello,
In middle of June, I sent a mail to SFR to terminate my mobile phone contract. Normally, they said that my contract will be terminated within 10 days of receiving my request. I managed to cancel the contract in June, so that I will not be charged in July. I stopped using SFR sum since June as well.
Though, in July, I still received the receipt of SFR mobile phone. Please let me know where I can claim for this issue.
