No 4g connection on mobile
Hi, This past Friday I received my new SFR simcards (x3).
The internet connection is really bad and have left me twice in a position where I needed to acces banking on my app but could not because the internet connection is 0.
Idon't know if it is because we live in Serris? but all three of the numbers are the same. I feel like just going back to Orange.
because no use to pay less but only have internet on my mobile sometimes.
IT can not be that bad surely? there must be something I can do to have a better connection on my phone?

A network issue has been reported in the city of Sirris - 77700 - which may impact your Data use. However, I don't have any further information so I recommend you to send a private message to the officials on Twitter SFR_SAV with your name, surname, address, phone number.
In order to make sure that your phone is working properly, you can try to see if 4G works better in another town, for example, Paris.
