Ask for Refund for something I do not have
Dear all,
I'm writing here cause sadly I cannot speak or understand French and it has been long time that I'm trying to find, in vain, an email contact to talk directly to SFR. I moved our from France to Switzerland one month ago more or less and I brought EVERYTHING back to the store in Mulhouse. I gae everything at the stores in 3 different boxes, in the exact way I received it. After 10 days I started receiving message of missing pieces. I sent all three boxes with the shipment TCO20220247129. Now I don't know how many boxes were there, but I cannot give back something I don't have. SFR is asking for a remote controller, which I don't have because it was already into the box. I understand the company, but at the same time I gave the controller back, I cannot pay now 150€ for something I gave back.
Let me know what I can do.

Hello @pernami01,
I invite you to reach an SFR counsellor via Facebook ou Twitter, I also suggest you use a translator to exchange with the counsellor in French otherwise you will not be able to communicate with him, this is the best way to regularize your situation.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Have a great day!

Such a shame for a company in 2022 having no one who can speak English.
You wrote that I should know French to solve the issue, does this mean that if you don't French no one would do it, right?
Good to know. A company who takes care only of people who speak French, otherwise...
