contacting sfr

i am trying to contact the English speaking helpline for SFR. When i dail the number (1036) there is an automated call that asks me to enter my 10 digit line number but when i do this it says that i could not be identified and hangs up. i have two mobile lines and 1 landline . i have tried this on all 3 numbers without success

If you need help in English, to book a technician for your issues, I think it would be appropriate to contact the SFR Web Team on social networks. You should use Facebook or Twitter. You can also try the chat that can be used by any customer.

Did you ever get through to SFR? I have the same problem - I cannot get them to recognise the number when I type it in.

The international customer service is 1026 but is only for SFR La Carte customer.
