How to disable subtitles on an SFR Connect box v3.

Hello @peterha02, welcome to the Communauté SFR.

To disable subtitles on connect SFR Connect Box V3, you have to : 

  1. Press the “Home” button on your box remote control to access the welcome screen (or home page)
  2. With the directional keys, select “Settings” 
  3. Then validate with the “OK” key.
  4. Select “Preferences”. Using the directional pad buttons on the remote control, select the desired language and subtitles to use as default.
  5. While watching your program, press the “Options” button on the remote control. You can then choose from the available languages ​​and subtitles using the directional arrows on the remote control. If no additional language or subtitles are offered by the channel, then “UNAVAILABLE” appears.
