How to delete a line

I requested to have a sim card sfr with the same number that i had with another company. They send me 2 sim cards and opened 2 lines. Now how can i delete the line that i dont need and block one sim card because the facture comes for the two lines and im just using one sim card. I don’t understand why do i have to pay for both? it was their mistake do give me 2 sim card and open 2 lines

The best thing to do is to contact the SFR customer service via Facebook and Twitter in order to inform an advisor who will accompany you in resolving this misunderstanding.
