Hi

 

i received the box and followed steps mentioned on instructions to connect via phone

My devices are saying no internet connection 

can you let me know when does a new connection gets activated and when will I receive an email for the same

on the last email it mentioned that you activation process has begun

Activation can take up to a few days. You can check that on your Espace Client. For further information, as we are not members of customer service, I suggest you contact them via social media (Facebook or Twitter). Be sure to write in french or to have someone that can do it for you.
