Fixed line disconnected. Ligne fixee desactivee

Bonjour

I have returned to my holiday home to find my fixed phone line has been disconnected without warning but I am fully paid with an ongoing monthly direct debit. I keep phoning to sort this out but the help line can't help as the English speaking helpline man says he is only for prepaid phones and can do nothing to help and the French speaking line is confusing and when I have managed to navigate the options to speak to someone they can't understand what I need and just tell me to call the English speaking helpline again. 

Please help me get my phone and internet back on.
