no Internet since last 2days. Need help

Dear All,

 

I'm unable to connect internet through SFR wifi for the last 2days.  Would it be possible to help?

Be aware that via the SFR&Moi application, you can set up a self-diagnosis on your line. To get the app downloaded, go to Support then Line Status and finally Run a Diagnostic.
