i have lost my internet connection

can somebody assist me as we have lost the internet connection. tried turning off and unplugging the fibre box but still no connection.

You can check if there is a global Internet breakdown where you live on this website. If you see nothing, contact a customer service advisor on social media (Facebook or Twitter) to see what's going on and find a solution. I strongly suggest you write in french, or to have someone to do it on your behalf.
