Not possible to change bank account

When I logged in my Espace Client, I can not change my bank account for payment automatic.

I was always pay automatic, but Numericable SFR stopped this and I give no permission to stop the payment.

Why Nummericable SFR stopped the payments? And why I can not change the bank acoount?

Also I see no factures.

Hello,

 

Are you really sure you use th right SFR account associated to you subscription.

Because it's possible to have other SFR account for different purpose (for instance I have one for the forum that has nothing in commun with the one of my mobile phone), but of course only one is the one associated with the invoices ("factures").

 

If you forgot the credentials for that right account, you can follow the SFR documentation (in French) here.
