Hi,

i just want to confirm that I have my direct debit set up for my internet (€25) and mobile phone (€10) as I am find it hard to find on my account area? Please also confirm that these are the prices I will pay.

SFR customer service is not available here (there are only customers on the Forum SFR). You'll have to contact customer service on social networks (Facebook or Twitter) so that someone can answer you.
