I thought that id eventually had a breakthrough with SFR after contacting Via Twitter 2.5 Hours Texting back and forth
Started a contract in February 2020 for Internet and telephone
Visited 1 Week in March and No phone connection
Contact made with them to fix. Re visited France in November 2020 for 1 week and still no phone connection
As i struggled to speak with anyone I wrote letters x 3 and then SFR decided to cancel my contract and charge me for the privelage
I did not request a cancellation, all i wanted was for them to honour the contract for Internet and Telephone
EDIT : It has been cancelled and cant be reconnected
A charge for cancellation .......that was cancelled by SFR. Can someone advise how they can do this?
The only good thing about this is that due to lockdown i wont be visiting for another couple of months
I will then arrange a visit to the Orange Shop

Sorry to hear about your situation. As the SFR Community is a space for mutual aid between subscribers and users, customer service is not present here, in this sense we cannot access to your file.
Is your SFR contract terminated? If this is the case, the only way to contact SFR is to go through Facebook and Twitter.
Do not hesitate to give me a feedback on your situation.
