Unable to connect to internet

Hi, 

My line was activated last week, but I still have no Internet. All of the lights are green except for ther Internet one.

Hi,

 

Did you try rebooting your box ? Did you contact someone on social media (Facebook or Twitter) to see if something is wrong with it ? What is your Internet offer ? If you have ADSL, Internet activation it can take up to 2 weeks, depending on your situation.
