&lt;P&gt;We are not in touch on a daily basis with the teams in charge of this incident, we do not have any information on the recovery time, but everything is done to make it as short as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;While waiting for the issue to be resolved, you can still go through the SFR Mail mobile app to check your mails.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your patience and understanding,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have a good day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>SFR Mail box not opening.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Since one week SFR mail box is not opening properly. Today it didn't open at all. I have contacted SFR but I didn't get reply.&lt;/P&gt;
