In summary, you must first check if you have completed your commitment period because if you have not completed this period, you will be charged for the remaining amounts as well as the service closing costs of 49 euros.

If you are no longer engaged, only the service closing costs of 49 euros will be applied.
To cancel your connection, you must contact an advisor by telephone at 1023, he will provide you with the postal address to which you can send your cancellation letter.
