    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been using the SFR box for less than six months, and the same problem has already occurred 3 times - PON rouge, wifi connected but no services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Each time it lasts for a few days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A technician just came this morning and the problem has only been fixed for 4 hours, the same problem came again, and then I had to spend 2 more no internet days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would like to unsubscribe from SFR although my 12-months engagement has not been finished. And I think SFR has no reason to charge me a cancellation fee because the wifi service itself is &lt;STRONG&gt;HORRIBLE&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just go to other telecom providers &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":visage_souriant_légèrement:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Dans votre situation, le mieux est de reprendre un rendez-vous avec un technicien et de lui demander comment il fait pour réparer la connexion lors de son intervention. En fonction de cela, il vous dira comment agir pour ne pas que cela se reproduise.&lt;/P&gt;
