&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry for that because we are don't agree with this type of situation.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To obtain some informations with&amp;nbsp;a councillor but not by calling, several canals are at your disposal:&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Respect of clients</title>

      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;I am a client and i had a problem.. so i called the customer service and they gave this number&lt;BR /&gt;‭0805 770 194‬  at 04:46 p.m&lt;BR /&gt;I asked if they can speak english and a lady told me no.. i speak little french so i tried to explain my problem.&lt;BR /&gt;She asked me to wait a few minutes &lt;BR /&gt;After that a man talked to me.. i told him that my french is not very well&lt;BR /&gt;He said something that i did not understand so i said&lt;BR /&gt;“Je ne ai pas bien compris “&lt;BR /&gt;And he hang up the phone while i was taking&lt;BR /&gt;In our culture this is considered a big insult..&lt;BR /&gt;Not only that he did not solve my problem &lt;BR /&gt;He insulted me..&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you,</description>
