SFR not respecting the offer on my mobile

Your customer team called me offering a mobile connection for 10 EUR with a calling card of 2 hours to India free for 12 months.

So far i have only received the sin card, which i have activated. I didn't receive the offer of 2 hours to India as it was promised. If there's no offer, i would like to cancel my connection immediately, as i accepted only for the offer of calling to India. I will wait for you reply until 10th July 2019.
Pls reach me or call me if you need to discuss

I don't know how to help you another way, but I must precise you a point: you seem to have misunderstood the purpose of this web forum => you're not directly talking to SFR, it's a forum between users, for giving help to each other.

So, if you want to discuss with SFR you have to contact the Customer Services.

Among the possibilities, you can write a message to the official Customer Service on twitter or facebook
