      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to leave the country urgently due to a family emergency. I want to cancel my subscription since the technician that installs the fibre box will come after I leave. I tried calling to 1023 but they hanged up on me. It seems that I don't have a client number since I'm still not connected, so I cannot send a letter. What can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not sure when I'll be coming back, so I prefer to cancel than keep changing my date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
