      <title>Change from Fibre to ADSL</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Bonjour,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Earlier today, I had a technician come to my apartment to try and install internet with a fibre connection. Unfortunately, he said that he would need to install more wiring in the building but the syndicat of the building will not allow this. Therefore, I would like to change my contract so that I can get an ADSL connection instead.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have spent several hours today trying to get in contact with someone on the phone to try and arrange this, but I cannot seem to find anyone who speaks English.&amp;nbsp; Can you tell me what my next steps should be?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cordialement,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eamonn&lt;/P&gt;</description>
