    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ordered an installation of an internet box, with the rendez-vous this morning between 8 and 12.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Poppins-Regular, sans-serif" color="#181818"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Because the installers never showed up, and I never received&amp;nbsp;and email or notice of a cancellation, I went into my account on&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;RED&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;and saw a message that said "Un nouveau rendez-vous est à planifier". I tried contacting you through "Contacter votre Service Client", but because of the fact that I do not have a French number I could not be contacted through the service.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Poppins-Regular, sans-serif" color="#181818"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I would like to ask 1. How to get a new installation time&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;FONT face="Poppins-Regular, sans-serif" color="#181818"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;2. Why wasn't I given a notice about the cancellation of the rendez-vous&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;3. &lt;P&gt;Regarding your subscription to RED you should try to ask your question directly to them :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://communaute.red-by-sfr.fr/" target="_blank"&gt;https://communaute.red-by-sfr.fr/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As far as I know, a french phone number is mandatory.&lt;/P&gt;
