I have already canceled my subscription to SFR on 4/16/2021 and I have paid everything why I still receive an invoice of 3 €. Even if I am no longer a customer?

If your are no longer a SFR customer, so if you no longer have a mobile or fixe offers, it is indeed not normal that you have received this communication of the evolution of your offer (+ 3 euros) because you are no longer a customer. This is then an error.

I invite you to contact SFR at 1023.
