    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the beginning of March 2023 I was informed by my company that I will be moved to a new project, outside France.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I went to a SFR store, showed them the official letter from my company and informed them that I want to terminate my contract due to Force majeur.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The customer representative agreed, filled in an application and he said that the contract will be terminated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 months later, I keep getting charged for this!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do in order to get my contract terminated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;The reason you explained seems really to be among the acceptable one as defined by SFR.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;So, I agree with you that something abnormal occurred in the process of your application.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;First of all is to contact the customer service (see &lt;A href="https://la-communaute.sfr.fr/t5/sfr-moi/comment-contacter-le-service-client-sfr/td-p/2353267" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; several possibilités for contact, maybe the chat will be easier for you because, even if you don't get a English speaking representative, you'll be able to translate all the discussion with language tools (as DeepL or another).&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;And, don't forget that after 1 month of unsatisfied result, you can send a letter to 2 higher levels of reclamation: see &lt;A href="https://assistance.sfr.fr/contacter/adresse-modalites-mediateur.html" target="_blank"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; for the procedure documented by SFR, and &lt;A href="https://assistance.sfr.fr/contacter/adresse-service-conso.html" target="_blank"&gt;THERE&lt;/A&gt; for the needed postal address.&lt;/LI&gt;
