Recharged SIM card, but not updated

Good afternoon

I just recharged my SIM card yesterday with 20 euros for 30 days, through my customer account on the internet at SFR.

However, the credit didn't come to my telephone number, I try to call 1023 from my phone and it does not allow me, does not call at all.

Can someone help me ?
