Recharges are not working for simcard

Hi, whenever I try to make a call or send a text, it does not go through and it tells me I need to recharge my line. However, I have payed for two recharges (in the past few days) online and on the website, it says it went through. I even got a text saying my line was well recharged, and I chose the option which allows calls/texts. Why are my recharges still not working? This is very concerning as I can't make any calls or texts from my phone. Thank you.

Je vous invite à contacter un conseiller sur les réseaux sociaux Facebook ou Twitter afin qu'il puisse voir ce qui cloche. Assurez-vous d'écrire en français ou d'avoir quelqu'un qui peut le faire pour vous :).
