Cancellation SFR from abroad

I would like to cancel SFR service (SIM card) because I moved to Thailand.

Before leaving from France, I went to SFR service (customer space) for cancellation but it had a problem with 12-month fixed contract.

I try to contact via phone (1023) but I can not contact a person who speak English and all service are French.

Could you give me any suggestion for SFR requesting cancellation? (Email contact or address)

I can not contact via phone due to language restrictions and SFR out of service area.

In France, moving abroad is a reason accepted for not paying a cancellation penalty and the monthly charges remaining. Thus, I recommend you to write a letter* to the following department with supporting evidence - e.g. work contract, student internship agreement etc.

Madame, Monsieur, Par la présente, je vous informe de ma volonté de résilier mon abonnement SFR mobile sur la ligne MOBILE_NUMER sous le numéro de contrat CONTRACT_NUMBER pour le motif suivant : départ à l'étranger. Ma période d'engagement minimum n'est pas arrivée à échéance mais mon motif est légitime pour une résiliation sans frais et je vous joins un document justificatif. Ma demande de résiliation devra être prise en compte par vos soins dans les 10 jours suivants la réception de ce courrier. Signature

* - Ask for "Lettre avec Accusé de Réception" in a Post Office.
